24 Turkish Soldiers Killed in PKK Attack

At least 24 Turkish soldiers were killed and 18 others injured by separatist Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) militants in southeastern Turkey on Oct. 19. The attack was the worst against the military in 18 years, security officials said.
